Our Story

Hello!

We (Your hosts Vic and Una) live in a mid-19th century farmhouse situated in the village of Pwll, midway between the towns of Llanelli and Burry Port, South Wales. Nestled atop a hill overlooking the breath-taking Loughor Estuary, we run an open hearted family friendly home with our old dog Jet, some chickens, goats and a few lodgers. We pride ourselves on a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and a cracking view of the Gower, where you will feel most at home. Bronllys Farm was also featured on Channel 5's series To B&B the best some years ago which helped us shape the style of hospitality offering that suited our property and personalities.

We moved to Bronllys Farm in 2002 from nearby Llanelli with our three school aged daughters. We ran a flourishing home-based business as well as fostered children (plus quite a few mother and baby placements) for 10 years.

In 2004 we completed the renovation of a bungalow on site and launched Bluebell Cottage as our first guest accommodation, welcoming numerous visitors from all over the globe. It was a great side-line business.
