Known as the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean’ due to its incredible natural beauty, Sri Lanka is a country bursting with culture and history. Famous for producing the finest teas, its abundant wildlife, exotic spices, Buddhist temples and beautiful beaches…

Welcome to the ‘Buddha & Beach’ tour. On this trip you will celebrate all that this magical country has to offer - from visiting the most amazing peaceful Buddhist Stupas, to a boat trip out at sea whale watching, to picking tea leaves in a plantation field, to enjoying a jeep safari to see wild elephants in their natural habitat, and much much more…

Tour Highlights include -
Accompanied at all times in Sri Lanka by a female english speaking leader from the UK.
Attractions in Colombo, the capital and largest city in Sri Lanka.
A jeep safari ride at a National Park.
Attractions in Kandy, including the world renowned ‘Temple of the Tooth’.
Relaxing and rejuvenating on the most beautiful beach.
Visit to Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
A river boat trip cruising through the mangroves.

And in the blink of an eye two weeks have passed and the Buddha & Beaches Tour has ended. Lots of laughter and a million experiences, Sri Lanka has not failed to capture everyone’s heart ❤️ next is the Culture of Ceylon Tour in June… contact for details 🙏

Day 14 was spent chilling around the pool and enjoying the sunshine…

Day 13… we moved on to our last destination of the tour - Negombo. On route we visited a Tsunami museum, did a boat ride through the mangroves and learned how cinnamon is prepared, followed by lunch on the beach… ❤️
