Views on a clear day can stretch across from Bardsey Island to Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales. The well equipped house is only five minutes walk from Porth Neigwl / Hells Mouth which is a four mile beach, that is very popular with the surfers and families. Llanengan, the local village,
is only 1½ miles and has a public house, church Abersoch is only 3 miles away with excellent sailing facilities and an 18 hole golf course. The house has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single . All bedding supplied including linen and duvets, the beds made up. Bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower. There is a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs Downstairs: sitting room with television with Freeview, video and DVD player, sun-lounge, kitchen dinner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. WiFi included free of charge. Electricity is by a £1 coin meter. Small dogs by arrangement. A car is essential and there is ample parking space. Multi fuel stove (fuel not supplied). Central Heating is provided.
