So thrilled with how much our lovely guests have enjoyed beautiful Dwyryd this last year! This week, after a long hiatus away with the new baby, we will be getting to enjoy it ourselves for the first time since October! Look out for new walk recommendations and hopefully some pictures of lovely weather!

We’ve been quiet for a while what with having a new baby, but it’s so nice to have still been getting lovely reviews of the cottage! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

We braved the wind and headed off the island for somewhere different today! Snowdonia was blustery but beautiful and we did this gorgeous walk around Llyn Padarn. We opted for a route with some pretty steep climbs for the views, however you can stay on level ground all around the edge of the lake too. Can’t wait to come back in the summer and put our kayak out on the lake.

Another new walk today, this time across the newly opened footpaths on the Bodorgan Estate. It was beautifully sunny and warm and we even had a pit stop at Llys Llewelyn Cegin Bar, Aberffraw for some brunch. Highly recommended!

Tried out a new route from one of the walking guides in the cottage today and despite being a bit blustery, it didn’t disappoint!

Another wet, windy and wild day today but we got out there anyway. Cue a blustery but beautiful 5.5 miles round the coastal path from Trearddur Bay to Rhoscolyn, a beverage stop at the White Eagle, Rhoscolyn and then back again.
