To all our lovely guests past, present and future.
As some of you might know we are currently in local lockdown and can not take bookings for anyone outside the Denbighshire area. We have contacted those of you who had bookings with us and will keep you updated with whats happening and hopefully see your faces soon. Please dont hesitate to email us if you have any questions.

Only your household will be able to stay in the property and we will be taking names and numbers to keep in line with the track and trace system. We have signs up showing where property boundaries are.
Properties are cleaned to government Covid-19 guidelines. If you are unsure on the local lockdown rules please visit the Denbighshire website.
Hopefully life will have some sort of normality soon but until then - stay safe, wash your hands regularly and most of all be kind to each-other.
Booking Policy
Dear Guest,
From October 1st. 2020, Denbighshire County is subject to local regulations and restrictions.
You may not travel to Denbighshire without a 'reasonable excuse' such as for work reasons or on compassionate grounds, education attending funerals, etc.
These regulations are being reviewed every seven days and could be lifted at any time so we are continuing to take advance bookings. We also have guests who wish to stay with us during lock-downs while working in the area and people coming to visit vulnerable friends or relatives and are therefore permitted to do so.. It is your duty to ensure that you are not breaking any local regulations that apply at the time of your arrival. We will ask you to confirm that you believe you are not doing so.
Under current lock-down regulations we will be adopting the following policies: -
All existing bookings will be kept in place and honoured by us where it is legal to do so.
If we are not able to fulfil the bookings we will refund in full right up to the last minute.
If you wish to cancel your booking at any time you may do so and all monies will be refunded, however, we recommend that if you have a booking with us that you leave it in place as the rules could be relaxed at any time without notice.
In any event no money will be lost and we will refund any deposits paid on or before the day the booking commences.
If you wish to cancel in the meantime, there is no problem with that but we cannot guarantee the dates will be available if the rules change and you wish to re-book.
