If your in the area ( Loch Awe, Argyll) then go along and submit your vote.
Take a close look at the photo of the arch and roof, see if you can spot the cheeky Elf looking down on the proceedings😜

Spent today ( Tuesday 24/09/24) in Campbeltown and Southend with client, Debbie Johnston, originally from Canada now living in USA as she stood in the places where her great grandparents once lived, and where cousins that she had never met still live.

I have printed the following E mail I recieved from Clients Audrey and Alan whom I was pleased to guide round areas of Argyll as they researched their ancestors and learned about the part county Argyll played in some of the rich history of Scotland.
Thanks to them for their kind words and maybe I will have the pleasure of their company again in the future

"Hello Cameron,

Now that we are back in Canada, looking through photos and getting caught up with things here, there is time to send you a proper thank you. We very much enjoyed our three days with you in Argyll and the West Highlands.

Thank you for visiting in advance the two churchyards you took us to, to scout out names on gravestones. The Glassary churchyard may be my closest link to finding Scottish ancestry and a big thank you for welcoming Peter to our lunch in Lochgilphead. The photos he gave us of High Barnakill look very similar to the ruins we saw with you at Kilmory Oib.

We appreciate the history we learned at the castles, Dunadd Fort, St. Conan’s Kirk and Glencoe. And I will miss seeing fields of sheep everywhere. The countryside was beautiful, and the itinerary balance of ancestral areas, other sites like castles and a good amount of walking was just what we wanted. Thank you for stopping so I could take photos of road signs. Even the rainy weather of Glen Coe gave us a feel for the Scottish Highlands and some beautiful photos.
We appreciate your good driving, comfortable vehicle and good company. We would happily recommend your services".
