Description of the 30 Minute Hover Challenge: Possibly the most fun you can have this spring! Test your potential as a helicopter pilot. It may seem fairly simple to make our R22 fly in a straight line, but hovering is a complicated skill that takes co-ordination and practice. And yet, hovering is one of the great joys and necessities of piloting a helicopter. Luckily this lesson counts towards a Private Pilot’s Licence too.
