We would like to inform our valued customers that the Saudi Government has recently revised its Umrah Visa regulations. In addition to the previously required documents—passport copy, photograph, and biometric data—the following confirmations must now also be submitted at the time of visa application:

1. Confirmed airline tickets for all applicants
2. Confirmed hotel bookings with official hotel confirmation numbers
3. Confirmed transport vouchers with corresponding confirmation numbers

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

Visas will not be issued if hotel or transport services are booked through providers that are not registered and approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

Additionally, the visa processing time has increased to 7–10 working days, and visa fees have significantly risen.

We understand these changes may cause inconvenience. However, they have been implemented by the Saudi Government to protect pilgrims from fraudulent travel agencies and to ensure stability in pre-booked hotel and transport arrangements.

If you already have hotel vouchers or transport arrangements in place, you must immediately request the confirmation numbers from your vendors before proceeding with the visa application. It is also essential to ensure that you apply for the visa well in advance, allowing sufficient time between the visa processing period and your intended departure date.
