London based TheWordTravels, takes "Fellowship Tours" in the footsteps of Christ, Paul, Peter and Thomas in the Holy Land, Greece, Italy, and India respectively. A Fellowship tour is an "immersive" experience (not baptisms!! ) of these wonderful places of Christian history, culture, good food, and good wine, AND much fun
TheWordTravels is about bringing both fun and facts in our discovery of early Christianity. Human beings in many cultures, make deeper, higher, spiritual connection by being physically present in special places. Christians are no different. And following in the footsteps of Christ and the early Christians - even before they were called Christians - we know from our own experience that there is that chance, that awakening, for those seeking a deeper connection with The Holy Spirit.
And so, whilst having fun without getting too pious or holy, the aim of a Fellowship tour is to try and facilitate your discovery through an "immersive" on-the-ground view of Christianity through Christ and the Apostles: where they visited; where they passed; where they stayed; where they taught; what they ate; and more. It's your journey of discovery, and we take you on the outer,lower journey to help you discover your inner, higher journey.
Nothing is promised. Nothing is easy.
Yet there is everything to gain. But it will involve your enthusiasm and effort for life.
