Welcome to La Gauca, our latest special release coffee, and it's the varietal that makes this a must-try! A washed process Bourbon Ají variety, produced by José Herman Salazar, sweet-florals and tangerine sparkle shine through in this delicious micro-lot from Huila, Colombia.

A coffee variety primarily found in the Pitalito and Bruselas regions of Huila, Ají - like Pink Bourbon - isn't actually a Bourbon; it's more closely related to Ethiopian landraces, which impart a distinct floral character. One you won't want to miss!
