The ideal candidate would require the following experience and skills:

-2-5 years experience working as a Hotel Contracts Manager in Europe, or a similar role in the travel industry, is a must.
-Knowledge of static and dynamic rate models is essential.
-Superb interpersonal, communications and influencing skills.
-Strong business analysis and negotiations skills.
-Proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
-Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers.
-Ability to think on his/her feet, multi-task and prioritise own workload.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Fluency in English. German would be an advantage.
-This position requires a valid driving licence.

Duties include:-
Holiday cover to other sections within London Branch
Invoice validation from the suppliers
Dealing with phone calls from tour escorts and passengers
Joining emergency call ROTA in the team
VIP attend (greeting VIPs or accompany groups when requested from Japan & Asia market)
Purchasing business trips (meeting with suppliers in the UK and Eire)

Person description
Fluent written & verbal communication in English is essential.
Any additional language, such as Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, are preferable.
Ability to work on own & as part of a team.
Strong communication skills
Those who have interests in food and restaurants
Good organizational skills, adaptability to changes in work levels, time
management & ability to work well under pressure.

Working style
During training working from office everyday, after the training period Hybrid
(1 day at office, 4 days from home - subject to change)
