⭐What I have (and haven't) booked for clients who want Rome on a budget...⭐

After over four years of booking Rome on the regular (including my own trip!), I have picked up some handy tips for my clients who want to get the best out of the city but don't have a huge amount to spend.

As a small business owner, I try to be as honest as I can about what will work best for you based on my previous experience and insight I am currently seeing across the industry for a destination. Take Rome as an example; I will always try to steer you away from going to Rome in peak summer periods (better for the city, your experience and your wallet).

I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise across many destinations and am always getting feedback from clients ready for the next enquiry that lands on my desk. And don't forget, if there is a destination I don't know much about that you want to go to, I can consult with my team members and fellow travel agents including my community of over 2K Travel Counsellors! That is how I make sure your hard-earned money is getting you the trip you want!

I know from experience how stressed you can feel travelling with your baby for the first time and I am so happy to help families feel more excited about their trips!

A lot of people think a travel agent just books flights and accommodation and that's it. But when I am booking a family holiday (particularly with young children), me and my team are looking at car seats for transfers, emailing the hotel to check on baby amenities, helping advise on infant luggage requirements and anything to help make the experience better. This was quite a straightforward beach holiday in Portugal as we managed to avoid the Portugal Easyjet cabin crew strike(!) but it reminds me that even the most seemingly simple holidays can be given extra value

Don't forget, I can book with the likes of TUI, Jet2 and Easyjet holidays all at no extra cost to you but with all of the service you need 🥰

Lovely evening in shoreditch last night with ATAS talking to some of the amazing Adventure and Touring partners out there. I have used these specialist companies to book some very memorable trips for clients!

If you have been thinking of an adventure and don’t want to wait for someone to go, drop me a message! Small group touring is on the rise and I have made some great friends over the years through it 🥰

Or if you’re a couple or family that want once in a lifetime memories, touring can really be the way forward to go beyond the obvious and really experience a destination with as little stress as possible 💚

Your honeymoon doesn’t have to mean beach + palm trees!

For Tiffany and Emily, we decided Iceland was their perfect destination. It has otherworldly landscapes, geothermal lagoons, waterfalls and glaciers and provides cosy evenings in beautiful hotels 🏨 🧖🏻‍♀️

One of the things that I hear the most when talking to clients is that they feel overwhelmed with holiday planning. Whether it is all of the research they are doing before booking, or they are feeling anxious in the days before leaving - what should be a lovely time away, can often be stressful!

Me and my team are here to make sure you are as relaxed as possible even before you are in official holiday mode. We can...

⭐liaise with your accommodation(s) to take care of any special requests
⭐organise dinner reservations, excursions and more
⭐have a pre-departure call with you to make sure you feel on top of everything
⭐check you in to your flights and send you your boarding passes
⭐be on hand before, during and after your holiday via whatsapp
⭐sync all of your important documents to your mytc app and/or email
⭐offer 24/7 support whilst you're away for any emergencies via our Duty Office

These are just some of the things we can do to ensure the only thing you need to worry about is packing! And don't be fooled - we can do this for every type of holiday, not just the big bucket-list ones!
