Q: Are there any vaccinations I need before travelling through Africa?
A: It is dependent on your route but always check with your doctor for country-specific advice.

Here’s a general guideline:
- Yellow Fever: Required for some countries (especially East Africa). Carry your certificate!
- Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, Polio, Diphtheria: Commonly recommended
- Malaria: Not a vaccine, but we do recommend anti-malarials on most of our routes

Spend a morning at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (SWT) Nursery, a world-renowned for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned baby elephants and rhinos. This might be an optional add-on activity but if you are on tour with us in Kenya, we doubt you will want to miss this one…

You will watch the Nursery herd shuffle in for their midday milk feed, kick up some dust, splash in the mud and if you are lucky, greet you with a curious trunk bump.

✨ This visit isn’t just adorable, it’s powerful. Every ticket directly supports the rescue, rehabilitation, and eventual reintegration of these incredible animals.
