LivingRoom – The living room has an open plan layout, and none carpeted to provide easy access for wheelchairs and equipment. All the sofas and chairs are reclining and there is a Large screen tv.
Ramped access to the pool area.
Kitchen/ breakfast room – The kitchen is accessible via the front door and is a spacious wheelchair friendly room with tiled floor. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, a Vitamix blender for use for blended diets, large refrigerator/freezer, top oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Dining Area - The dining table is a large circular table, seating up to six, with space and mobility for wheelchairs.

Bedrooms
Adapted Master suite – The adapted master suite compromises of a Profiling hospital bed which is height adjustable. Overhead gantry hoist. (NOTE: to be returned to the right-hand side after use so that it can be re-charged). Manual pump mobile hoist (emergency use/preference). Carers bed if required. Large turning circle. Wall mounted TV for viewing from the hospital bed. Comfy chair - tilt in space and recline. Step-up step-down charger for charging UK electric wheelchairs. Wheelchair friendly flooring leads to a Wet Room/Bathroom.
Master 2 - Carpeted. king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area.

Bathrooms
Wet Room/ - The wetroom has level access. There are two sinks, one sink has been levelled for a wheelchair user and the other is at a standard height. There is a lie down shower bench (gurney USA) with an extendable shower hose, two commodes, one adult sized and one child sized. Grab rails.
King Bedroom En-suite bathroom - Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, single vanity sink and toilet.
Shared Family Bathroom - Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, single vanity sink and toilet.

Pool�The pool has a pool hoist with a changeable sling for use in the pool and spa. Guests can use their own fitted sling but must replace the general sling at the end of their stay. There are sun loungers and shaded lanai area.

Completed in 2005 and set on a corner lot this wheelchair accessible private vacation home has 3,061sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 12 people with ease.

Adapted Features
All doors are accessible in the villa and wheelchair access is by ramps to the pool area from every door. There are the ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.
We also have a full electric profiling bed. This is a single bed and has full length bed rails.
Disabled equipment if required such as collapsible wheelchair, commode/shower chair, wheel walker with seat, portable hoist, shower seat, bath seat, pool hoist with interchangeable bed/chair, bed wedge, bed side guards.
We have a portable hoist that can be used in any of the downstairs rooms although the King master suite and bedroom 6 have ceramic floor tiles which make the portable hoist easier to use. You will need to bring your own sling for the portable hoist.
