We are delighted to have Chef Rakesh Nair joining us on 2nd June for a special Guest Chef demonstration.

Rakesh is Group Development & Training Chef at The Cinnamon Collection, where he works closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus for each site and is actively involved in training programmes for chefs and sustainability actions for the company that resulted in Cinnamon Collection being awarded 3 Star rating in sustainability by Sustainable Restaurant Association.
