🫶🏼♥️ 2025 🫶🏼♥️

What a year you have been 💪🏼

Fitness is my life—and may it long continue.

My goal for 2025 was simple: find female fitness pros to train with me. Women who would keep me accountable, push me, and train alongside other strong women.

The key to my success?
One tiny ingredient: talk to people you don’t know. Smile. Start the conversation.

1st January 2025
I was in a local pub and recognised a fit couple from the gym. I had a choice: walk away or go over and say hello. I thought f**k it—and went for it.
WIN.
I met Claire (and James), and now I have a community when I walk into the gym and a new female training partner and friend.

Second win:
I’d met another PT through my business back in 2024. First week of January 2025, I saw her in my gym and walked straight up to her:
“I need a conditioning partner—are you game?”

She wasn’t.
Fast forward, and we completed our first HYROX in December 2025.

Fitness is a privilege, not a given.
Own the right to be fit—not just talk about it.

Happy New Year. Bring on 2026.
I’m excited, ready for another challenge, and ready to train with my fit-as-hell gals.

I’ll say it again:

FITNESS IS A PRIVILEGE. Use it before you lose it.

Hard work, consistency, and determination will get you pretty much anything you want.
Most of the time it’s boring—but that, my friends, is where the magic happens.

Happy New Year 🎉

Welcome to my new business Instagram page.

After 15 years as a personal trainer — from 1:1 and 2:1 coaching to small group PT, reformer Pilates, and kettlebells — I’m starting a new chapter as a multifunctional coach - online, hybrid and in-person.

My goal has always been the same: to empower women to get stronger, build confidence, and feel capable both inside and outside the gym.

I’m tired of seeing guys hog the weight area in gyms. Women have more strength than we give ourselves credit for, and it’s time to OWN it.
I want to educate, guide, and share the tools I’ve learned over the years to help as many women as possible get strong AF, feel like a badass, and train with purpose.

Please follow and support me as I continue this fitness journey, let me help you become the best version of yourself.

The most common excuse to not train is lack of time. New mum Maria is 6 months postnatal, gone back to work full time and still manages to PT twice a week.

'Keep the carbs burning' a much needed session. 10 rounds with a minute between each. 10 deadlifts @ 60kg followed by 10 press ups. Finisher 50kcal on the assault bike. Sweating!! Thank you for allowing me to train in your amazing gym!

One of the biggest achievements a woman can do is give birth to a baby, it's phenomenal what the body is capable of when you actually sit long enough and really think about it. What I find amazing are the mums that are eager to get their health and fitness back on track, baring in mind their bodies have had he toughest time, challenging on the body.

I have had the opportunity to meet Leanne, on her assessment she didn't mention losing weight or getting her abs back. Leanne's main goal was to be strong 💪 . Leanne pre pregnancy had always trained but had always mainly focused on yoga and cardio. During pregnancy the postural muscles are destabilised - postpartum it's fundamentally important to strengthen the posterior chain to meet the demands of lifting a carrying in everyday life. Studies have also shown that strength training may slow down bone loss during lactation, improved muscle mass will also increase energy expenditure and assist with weight loss

In three weeks you can see how quickly her body is adapting to exercise. The first video is week one (7 weeks postpartum) of her squatting with a resistance band around her legs, prior to squatting we completed some glute activation drills. you can see in this video there is instability in the pelvis when standing up, due to her glutes and core being weak. The second video (10 weeks postpartum) session number 5, you can see there is HUGE change in the movement. Her pelvis is more stable due to strengthening her glutes and core. She has a heavier resistance band around her knees, holding an 8kg Kettlebell and also pausing the at the bottom (a great tool to master technique and to help strengthen weak parts of specific rages of motion).

DM if you want to train with a QUALIFIED PRE/POST NATAL COACH. The benefits of being strong will give your physical and mental health a great boost, gain confidence and start a journey that will benefit every part of your life.

Quorn & mushroom burgers for the week ahead. Trying something new. Also added coriander, red onion, egg and a gluten free thin to bind it all together. They taste pretty good. Going to serve with a iceberg lettuce bun, lots of tomatoes and a dairy free free dressing.

It's to easy to fail when you always guesstimate portion size. Weigh food out and get a real idea of exactly 'what you should be eating'. Most people think they have their nutrition nailed, but actually the biggest and easiest solution to fix is portion size. Even if your eating super healthily - you will struggle to lose weight if your portion sizes are too big. Get some scales and try it out for yourself you will be surprised. 20g of almonds is approx 18 nuts - it's a very small handful not the size of my whole hand!
