Travel agents don’t get paid for the quotes, the back-and-forths, the research, the planning, the emails, the “can you just check this date instead?” messages — none of it.

We’re not on an hourly wage for cruise lines or Disney.
We only get paid after your holiday actually happens — and only if we make the booking.

So when someone asks for:

…and then books it themselves?

We have managed to get clients booked on one of the 1st respiratory flights with virgin out of Montego Bay coming home this evening ❤️ cannot believe in the disaster how amazing Tour ops have been and how loving and caring the people of Jamaica 🇯🇲 have pulled together and it’s truly heart touching to see .

We have booked so many of you to this beautiful island over the years and will continue to sell more and more and support this country build itself up . This situation teaches us many things when book through an agent you may pay a little more but the service you receive in these situations is why it’s vital to use an agent , we have kept in touch with clients through the whole process and all part of the service is what we thrive on . I will always say the after care is more important that the initial sale and so important you are all looked after 🙏

🌴✨ Pure Paradise at Pure Salt Garonda, Palma de Mallorca ✨🌴

Just got back from the most incredible 4-night break with my best friend at Pure Salt Garonda in Palma de Mallorca — and honestly, it was a dream! 💕

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Our room had insane sea views, and waking up to that sunrise every morning? Unreal. 🌅

We spent our days chilling at the rooftop pool + bar, sipping cocktails, soaking up the sun, and just living our best lives. 🍹🌴

Flew out from Southampton Airport (so handy!) and it was only a 15-minute taxi from Palma airport to the hotel — couldn’t have been easier. ✈️

The beach is literally right outside, soft sand + clear water for days, and there’s a long promenade that goes for miles in both directions — perfect for evening walks or morning coffee strolls. 🏖️☕

I don’t even know where to start- not even back in the UK yet and already pinning over the fabulous Sandals Royal Curacao. It really was spectacular, from the grounds to the service from the food trucks to the entertainment - it really feels like Sandals have upped their game here and I understand why they call it Sandals 2.0 😍
