What a fabulous season it's been starting with our sold-out Thailand retreat, which was such a success that we are doing it all again! Mark your calendar: February 27th to March 09th, 2027.

So now is your chance to come and experience what true Italian life is like. We will be making pottery in a local studio, visiting a local handbag designer to see how they craft their beautiful bags. Pilates holiday on the amazing island of Sardinia 7th-14th September 2024. We always do 2 full days of excursions. Already planned is a day to Corsica on our own private boat. Spending the day in Bonifacio which is beautiful and some island hoping, snorkelling and swimming on the way back.
We will also visit a lovely medieval town like Alghero, plus wine tasting at a local vineyard.
