After over 3 years, the world famous Maya Bay, made famous by the movie 'The Beach' is finally set to re-open to tourists on January 1st, 2022.

There will be a ban on boats entering the bay and a limit of 300 people a day to visit the area. Hopefully this will ensure that this incredibly beautiful place stays as pristine as possible long into the future.
