Michael Dickinson, author and director of "Once upon a Rhyme" played Blake Maine, medical orderly, in this episode of the old TV series SPACE 1999. He appears for the first 10 minutes of the film (just him and Captain Koenig on a mission), but is suddenly disintegrated by a force field and seen no more.
