On the Arctic Circle lies the 15km Sassannguit River. Arctic char are the primary quarry, in a landscape that feels untouched by the time.

The trip is led by Greenlandic hunter and fisherman Leif Fontaine, offering a rare insight into life in this remote corner of the Arctic. Beyond char, there are opportunities to fish for halibut, cod, wolffish and salmon.
