Introducing our latest addition to our London Bases for you to stay in: 'The City Needs Me' - A cheerful and spacious townhouse with a tranquil garden and parking space - just nine minutes away from the West End on the Northern Line tube.

Kennington is one of London's best kept secrets. It's famously home to the major cricket ground The Oval, but we're more interested in its Georgian architecture (check out the charming Cleaver Square, where you'll find locals playing boules and a cosy pub) and proximity to the cultural delights of the nearby South Bank. It's a diverse area, popular with young professionals and families alike - a good area to experience a taste of real London away from the tourists.

Equipped with fast WiFi and a good workspace, plus a Nespresso coffee machine (although there are several cafes nearby if you prefer!) - making it ideal for remote working. This flat is just one of our lovely properties that are great for work, play and travel.

Posted • .montemayor I needed a quiet place away from the kids to do a self-tape and was very thankful to be able to use this lovely flat in Notting Hill, literally a stone’s throw away from the Underground. A wonderful oasis to use as my ‘office’ for the evening. I also found a fantastic scene partner to play my husband using the platform. Feeling very grateful 🙏 Thank you .co for the lovely space, thank you for creating such a great resource for actors, and thank you for being a wonderful reader. ❤️
