The Yoga


Olympia will guide you to a morning and evening Anahata Yoga Practice. Anahata Yoga is a flowing and holistic style of Hatha Yoga that integrates body, mind and spirit. All flowing vinyasa asanas are designed to create vitality and strength, increase flexibility and balanc, while promoting the natural ability of the body to heal and generate energy. The classes integrated pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Olympia short bio



After exploring diverse disciplines (from a Law degree, to professional music, Brazilian Ju Jitsu and other sports) I felt that Yoga was where everything falls together, a complete unified experience. Olympia qualified as a Yoga Teacher with Anahata Yoga (Peter Clifford.) She is also a qualified a Five Element Form teacher and a Swedish Massage therapist. Other studies include Aurveda Massage, Myofascial Manipulation (Level 1). She has also trained in Ashtanga Yoga ( David Swenson) and Yoga Nidra.
