Jon greets us from the mystical island of Samothraki in Northern Greece, where he is on holiday.

The next destination on Jon’s itinerary is Manchester, where he will be hosting a Jon Baines Tours private evening event.

The event will feature talks from two distinguished tour leaders, Professor Rosalie David and Professor Christine Hallett, on the theme Travellers in Egypt: Stories of Discovery, Medicine and Exploration.

The event will take place at the Anthony Burgess Foundation in Manchester on Thursday 1st October.

Following the success of this year’s tour, we are delighted to announce that next summer we will be embarking on the seventh edition of Secret London.
