“It seems to me that the natural world is the great source of excitement;the greatest source of visual beauty, the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.”
Wise words from who last week turned 100 and throughout his lifetime has opened our eyes to the wonders of our planet. For so many of us, his documentaries have not only entertained but sparked something much deeper: a desire to see, to understand and to protect the world for ourselves. That is exactly what has inspired many of my own travels with my children and the journeys I create for my clients.
From a pride of roaring lions outside our bedroom in Tanzania, majestic blue whales in Sri Lanka, sleepy sloths in Costa Rica, watching turtles hatch in Oman to swimming with gentle sharks in Belize- my family and I have been lucky to live out some real Attenborough style moments and create lifelong memories.
Last week I took time away from the office to enhance my product knowledge and met with some incredible suppliers who have wildlife and the planet at the core of what they do. Firstly I met up with whose lodges are among some of the most exclusive safari experiences in Africa and later in the week and to discover and learn about the Galapagos.
If you feel inspired and want to experience those wildlife moments and make life long memories then contact me to start planning that adventure of a life time.
