New Orleans isn't just a destination, it's a feeling.

From the colourful streets and incredible art to the sound of live music pouring out onto Bourbon Street, every corner had its own story. This city has soul, rhythm and a vibe that's impossible to forget.

You can't say you've truly visited New Orleans until you've tasted it.

From rich Cajun flavours to crispy gator bites, every plate told a story. Some dishes were comfort food, some pushed me out of my comfort zone, but every bite was part of the adventure.

Would I eat gator again? Absolutely.
