Celebrating 75 years of Antor 🎉

The Association of National Tourist Offices and Representatives (Antor) marked its 75th anniversary with a special reception at the Spanish Ambassador’s Residence in London, hosted by Her Excellency Emma Aparici and Manuel Butler, Director of the Spanish Tourist Office UK and Chair of Antor.

Bringing together over 90 members, partners and senior travel industry figures, the event celebrated Antor’s longstanding role in championing sustainable tourism and providing a united voice for destinations in the UK market since 1951.

As part of the celebrations, Antor also hosted its 75th Anniversary Travel Trade Roadshow across Belfast, London, Manchester and Glasgow, connecting member destinations with more than 120 travel agents, homeworkers and tour operator sales teams in each city.

Founded by just 10 national tourist offices, Antor now represents 50 destinations worldwide and continues to promote safe, ethical, sustainable and inspirational travel.

Speakers including Manuel Butler, Chris Rowles (AITO) and Tim Alderslade (Airlines UK) highlighted the importance of collaboration across the travel industry and the shared commitment to responsible tourism and a stronger future for global travel.

What a fantastic evening at the ANTOR Roadshow London! 🌍✨

Held at Japan House London, the event brought together travel industry professionals, tourist boards and destination experts for an inspiring evening of networking, destination discovery and celebration.

We were delighted to showcase our destination members — The Bahamas, Catalunya, China, Czech Republic, Gibraltar, Germany, Gothenburg, Japan, Korea, Miami, Portugal, Samoa, Seychelles and Spain — giving guests the opportunity to connect with destinations from across the globe. 🌎
