Luke Nguyen, acclaimed chef of famous Sydney restaurant ‘The Red Lantern’, goes back to his roots to take a culinary journey through Northern Vietnam. His exciting adventure begins in Hue, continuing onto Ha Long Bay, Hanoi and finishing in the Sapa mountains. All the way through, he cooks up traditional Vietnamese food from these areas.
