This was my first time visiting NV Hair in Norbury, and I had the most amazing experience! The salon is absolutely immaculate, beautifully designed, clean, and instantly gives you a calm, welcoming feeling the moment you walk in. I was greeted at reception with the loveliest smile, which set the tone for the whole visit.
The hair wash alone deserves its own review — it was fabulous! So relaxing, and the massage during the wash was such a bonus. I genuinely felt pampered from the very start.
I was looked after by Shenaz, and she was truly incredible. She made me feel completely comfortable, and her communication and care were top tier. As someone who wears a hijab, I felt respected and safe throughout the entire appointment — my privacy was handled perfectly. I’m also pregnant, and they were so thoughtful, offering me tea and water and making sure I was at ease the entire time.
When it came to my haircut, Shenaz absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only did she give me exactly what I envisioned, but her professional skill and experience really showed. What I loved most is that she listened to what I wanted. In the past, other salons have told me a style won’t work or pushed their own ideas — but Shenaz understood my vision and suggested tweaks that complemented it beautifully without taking away from what I wanted. It ended up being the perfect blend of my style and her expertise, and I was completely in love with the results.
The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. I left feeling relaxed, respected, and so happy with my hair. NV Hair is definitely going to be one of my go-to salons now, and I’ll 100% be recommending it to family and friends!
