Sunday Markets tour today. A feast to the senses! Cycling through a deserted City to Columbia Road flower market. Then a short hop to Brick Lane and its variety of vintage clothing and food markets. Then an even shorter hop to Spitalfields market with the most contemporary of eateries. Finally some liquid refreshments at the oldest riverside pub in London, the Prospect of Whitby (est 1520!). Back through St Katherine’s Docks and the Tower of London to the finish. What a day!

Brilliant day with .tour at the ‘Taste of Ibiza’ event. My first time as Ride Leader. Meeting for breakfast and rider briefings from various Legends of the sport, then a 74km ride through the Surrey Hills. Back for amazing food, drinks and music - perfect! Oh, and 2 Olympians thrown in for good measure 😍
