Nicola has earned her reputation over a span of 25 years in the luxury sector with extensive experience in International Sales, PR, marketing and event management with global brands, Starwood Luxury collection, Radisson SAS and Meridien Hotels. She has worked on property and in regional Sales & Marketing Director roles in the Middle East, (Bahrain & Oman) Germany, Thailand

(Phuket), Austria (Vienna) and the UK. Prior to setting up NLB, Nicola was with Relais Chateaux for 10 years as Director UK & Ireland where she lead the implementation and development of the brand and marketed a portfolio of 5-star luxury hotels and restaurants around the world, all boasting extraordinary locations and impeccable service! Nicola speaks fluent German, French and English as her mother tongue.
