'St Paul's Heights' is a fascinating London law. Starting in 1937, rules were put in place to protect the sight of St Paul's from the South Bank, Thames bridges, and certain points to the north, west and east.

This is why you find our Skyscrapers in clusters, and made into all sorts of different shapes; it's to protect the line of sight of St Paul's, London's most iconic landmark!

This weekend we were delighted to spot some of St James' park pelicans close up - First introduced to the park in 1664 as a gift from the Russian Ambassador, now over 40 pelicans live in the park!

Did you know pelicans have the second largest wingspan of all living birds (after the great albatrosses)!
