Happy New Year! It’s fair to say we are more than a little excited about 2022! We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring together some absolutely stunning new yachts, big and small, catamarans and monohulls, plus a number of jaw droppingly gorgeous new yacht bases and awesome sailing areas and have added some extra special fully crewed yachts.

Our IT / web team have been having a well deserved break over the holidays but will be updating the website with new yachts and locations soon.

Yet more new flights from UK to our yachting destinations for 2022! Extra Athens flights perfect for exploring the Cyclades & Saronic islands and just 35 minute transfer from Athens airport!

An agreement that will increase available air passenger seats to Greek destinations by 600,000 was signed by Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias and Jet2.com group of companies on the sidelines of the World Travel Market (WTM) fair, being held in London on November 1-3.

As the final charters of the season returned to the yacht bases at Athens yesterday including aboard the Sun Odyssey 349, Bali 4.1, Hanse 410, Lagoon 560 & Oceanis 51.1’s we extend our warmest thanks to everyone who has sailed with us this season.

We have been delighted to help so many of our customers go sailing this year who have travelled from so many different countries to our stunning yachting destinations in Greece and Croatia to escape & enjoy the pure relaxation and freedom that sailing never fails to guarantee.

Amazing teams of base staff, skippers & hosts together with all at Island Sailing HQ have worked tirelessly, going above & beyond to help make some very special memories for our customers this year, to which we are so grateful.

With lots more brand new boats ordered for 2022 & some exciting new yacht bases we are excited about 2022!
