I thought Venice would be expensive… especially with a baby.
But when I actually broke it down — flights, food, transport — it was far more manageable than I expected. We kept it simple, comfortable, and realistic.
It wasn’t luxury… but it was enough.

So if you feel like travel is out of reach as a mum… you’re not alone.

As a mum, this was the hardest part of our trip.
Our last day started with a simple breakfast, standing by the bridge, just looking around and realising we hadn’t done everything.
We didn’t even take a gondola ride. But we said, we’ll come back.
Then we found a small hidden leather shop, had one last pasta at the airport… and suddenly, it was time to leave.
So if you feel like you didn’t “do everything” on a trip… you’re not alone.

If you’re a mum, don’t judge Puzzlewood too quickly.
I really didn’t think Puzzlewood would feel baby-friendly at first.
It looks magical, but also the kind of place that might feel difficult with a little one. But honestly? We had such a lovely time. My baby enjoyed it, we found sweet little moments, and it ended up being far better than I expected.
So if you ever feel like a place doesn’t look “mum friendly” straight away… sometimes the real experience is completely different.
Full detailed video is coming soon on my YouTube.

London Wisteria Blooms Now!!!

Lost in London's Secret Wisteria Garden
A purple paradise hidden in plain sight.
The moment you step through the gate, the world dissolves. Cascading waterfalls of purple wisteria hang from ancient wooden pergolas. The air is thick with a sweet, delicate fragrance that instantly calms your soul. It’s not just a garden; it’s an escape.
Best time to visit: Late April to early June for peak bloom.
Remember: Walk slowly. Look up often. Breathe deeply.

Queen has finally appeared...I planted 30 of them and only one bloomed. I told myself that I shouldn't even try to grow it. But I am growing this one to make a bouquet for a very special someone!

Fun Fact:
Lily of the Valley: Selena Gomez's wedding bouquet from her September 27,2025, marriage to Benny Blanco was a, "petite" yet luxurious arrangement consisting exclusively of Lily of the Valley. Experts estimate the bouquet contained approximately 50 to 70. And cost about $1200.

After the busy streets, we visited Murano and Burano… and everything slowed down. Quiet villages, colourful houses, simple food, and just enjoying the moment with my baby.
It felt calm, easy, and honestly so refreshing.
So if you feel overwhelmed travelling with a baby… sometimes you just need a slower day.
