When school said ‘follow your passion’, Cael took it literally and turned the bathroom into Ibiza.

When most kids were counting down the minutes to lunch, 12-year-old Cael Bell was secretly planning the most unforgettable school event of the year... a full-on rave in the boys’ bathroom.

Armed with his DJ gear, flashing lights, soft drinks, and Cadbury Twirls for snacks, Cael turned a Manchester school restroom into his own underground club. He even sent out Snapchat invites to “all the boys from year 8,” and within minutes, the place was pulsing with music and laughter.

Teachers eventually shut it down and confiscated his equipment, but not before Cael earned legend status among his classmates. His mom said she couldn’t even be mad. After a tough year, she found his creativity and joy “absolutely hilarious.” His dad agreed, saying he was proud of his son for lifting spirits in such a unique way.

Cael might have lost his DJ gear that day, but he gained something better... a story that proves even a school bathroom can be a stage when you’ve got the passion to make people dance.
