St. Lucia 5 stages Project Development

Flexible Caretakers wanted to work between the Pitons with Pitton Experiences Ltd
Salary negotiable

• The salary is the payment the caretakers would want to be paid for cleaning the land and to maintain this project. This is (stage one) Once the land is cleaned visitors will be welcomed.

• When the land is cleaned, the caretakers will fine out how much it would cost to bring water and electricity onto the land. This is (stage two)

• The caretakers will arrange and supervise the creation of at least 6-7 small vegetable gardens surrounded by flowers (with the names of the vegetables and flowers written on sign boards) visitors will be charged $5 US dollars. This is (stage three)

• The caretakers will build and provide each garden with a wooden bench and sun shelter for visitors to sit under. This is (stage four)

• Work on the Church will begin at (stage five) the caretakers will start work on building the Church. See attached plan.

A Base Camp on Gros Piton A Project Just 4U

We are a company registered in the United Kingdom we have leased a portion of land and property from Pittion Experiences Ltd in Saint Lucia.

The UK based company plans to develop the land and property into a Base Camp for people visiting the Gros piton; with allotments of vegetable and flower Gardens surrounding a 10 bedroom concrete house with space for holding social events.
The property referred to as the Big House once lived in by Lord Glenconner alias Colin Tennant who entertained members of the British Royal Family and other celebrities while residing there 1997 to 2001.

This property is attached to the historic village of Fond Gens Libre. Where visitors and Hikers climb the Gros Piton See details on website:

The Company offers 10 volunteers from anywhere in the worlds that are skilled in building construction or gardening to join this project and help refurbish the house, create and maintain the property.

As an incentive we agreed to give volunteers
5 years free accommodation on the property.

25 Dec. 16 Today we celebrate the symbol of Love and Compassion. We recognise the word Jesus Christ to mean Love and Compassion.
