Some of you have been following me for years and have watched me drop and gain but what you haven’t seen is me quit.
Sometimes, life happens, a medical crisis could creep up and cause you to switch focus. It is okay, take the break you need and get right back to showing your body love once you feel better.
I say this all the time but finding what you love really does help. Don’t lift weights just because you see that Jamie lifts weights. Don’t jump on diets cause you want to drop 15kg in three months. I promise you, that’s just going to set you on a never ending yoyo.
Think long-term, those are the gains that last cos you formed a SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE. Distinguish between complacency and being consistency. There are days where you’ll have to remind yourself to stay strong. Find a tribe to hold you accountable. I have my that I text almost daily, we push ourselves to keep smashing our goals.
