Tonight, Stonehenge stands beneath a rare Blue Micromoon 🌕✨
Despite its name, the Moon won’t appear blue—it’s called a Blue Moon because it’s the second full moon in a calendar month. This one is even more special, as it’s also a micromoon, appearing slightly smaller than usual in our skies.
For thousands of years, people have gathered at Stonehenge to observe the heavens. Tonight offers another chance to connect with the ancient landscape and witness a celestial event above one of the world’s most iconic monuments.
