CourtFit was founded in 2014 by Jack and James, at our first venue, Eel Brook Common. Since then, the company has grown to be a major force in the London tennis scene and now provides tennis coaching across Hammersmith, Chelsea and Fulham with licences to teach on the tennis courts at Brook Green, Eel Brook Common, Holland Park, and Hurlingham Park. We don’t believe in the standard lesson plans an

d routine drills, at CourtFit we offer a unique high-energy style of tennis and fitness classes, for both children and adults. Nothing gets in the way of us having fun on court and everyone is welcome to play – no trials or all white outfits required! Our experienced LTA coaches provide innovative sessions for all ages and abilities; from beginners tennis sessions to cardio workouts, up to advanced adult match play. Fitness is at the heart of the company, and we are passionate about enabling as many people as possible to get on court and have fun playing tennis regardless of experience or fitness levels. We’re proud to be a public provider giving people the chance to play tennis in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. We’ve developed a group-coaching-first approach that sees us pour our efforts, energy, and passion into the group coaching programme, but also provide different options including Cardio Tennis and our Social Mornings, to build a wider community and enable players to explore the game. We provide the opportunity through our range of group courses, tennis clinics, social events and holidays in Portugal for people to reconnect with a sport they may not have played for years; to try and improve their fitness; develop match play skills, or simply have fun and meet new people. Our core mission is to make tennis accessible, affordable, and fun.

Tennis lovers in London and Sutton!📣 Our coaching programme offers something for everyone - whether you're completely new to tennis, need a refresher after a break or wish to sharpen your game further 💪🏻🎾

Our courses are 6 week long. You are welcome to join at any time during a course as long as there is space left 🙏🏻

If you want full flexibility then we offer weekly drop in classes. These can be booked per session from a few weeks in advance up to the day of the lesson 😎

We also host a range of tennis events throughout the year so keep your eyes peeled 👀🎾

In partnership with Karmabank, we are providing free beginner tennis lessons to women every Thursday and Sunday at Holland Park 🎾

Karmabank is a non-profit charity that works with creative partners to improve the lives of those affected by war, poverty, disability, and gender-based injustice 🙏🏻
