Southern Decadence rule #1: you cannot survive this weekend on vibes and cocktails alone. 🥐✨
Here is the exact food crawl you need to stay fueled:
Clover Grill: The ultimate 24/7 diner on Bourbon for late-night burgers, hashbrowns, and unbeatable people-watching.
Up & Adam EATS: Cozy, community-forward neighborhood breakfast done right.
Café Du Monde: The mandatory powdered-sugar shower you simply can’t skip.
Parkway Bakery & Tavern: Truly top-tier roast beef and fried shrimp po'boys on Bayou St. John.
Save this for your NOLA itinerary! Which one are you hitting first? 👇

Me: "I’m going to be totally calm and chill on this Disney trip."
Also me the second Mickey steps onto a balcony: screaming like a peasant witnessing royalty for the first time 😭👑
This audio is a personal attack on every Disney adult on Main Street and I refuse to apologize. Tag the friend who loses all composure the second Mickey looks their way! 👇✨

A quiet moment of reflection at the Pulse site in Orlando. 🕊️💜
For years, this interim wall has held the tears, tributes, Puerto Rican flags, and flowers from visitors worldwide. Now, the permanent memorial planning is taking shape under the stewardship of the City of Orlando.
The Permanent Design Concept:
Memorial Plaza & Canopy: A sweeping, circular shade structure featuring colored glass panels to honor the victims and offer space for quiet contemplation.
Exhibition & Timeline: A dedicated indoor space tracing the timeline of June 12, 2016, Latin Night, and the global response, anchored by a central mirrored sphere casting light across the room.
Preserving History: Designed in partnership with Borrelli + Partners, Gomez Construction Company, and Local Projects, built with direct input from victims’ families and survivors.
With Orlando Pride just around the corner, coming together is about celebrating our community, our joy, and keeping the memory of the 49 angels alive.

Where resistance turned into liberation. 🏳️‍🌈
Stonewall National Monument in Christopher Park stands as a living tribute to the 1969 Stonewall Uprising and the pioneers who demanded visibility, dignity, and equality. Walking past George Segal’s Gay Liberation sculptures and archival tributes to leaders like Marsha P. Johnson serves as a powerful reminder of how far the movement has come—and the work that still continues.
Have you walked these historic grounds? Drop a 🏳️‍🌈 below.
