Feather & Down Sleep Dreamy Escape Rollerball started as a bedtime ritual but has become my handbag survival kit.

I’ve spent the past week making daily hospital visits to my Dad, so a quick roll on my wrists and focusing on that soothing lavender scent gave me a little moment of calm, and helped with those hospital smells too 😌
