The stone boat is a single storey cosy cottage. It is located on the coombe in picturesque Polperro. with a cliff behind. The river runs down the coombe towards the harbour. The sound of the babbling brook is a soothing soundtrack to your stay. It is a 4 minute stroll to the harbour and 5 minute walk to car park. The property is accessed by 4 steps and a short ramp. There is a drop off / pick up p

oint at the bottom of the steps. Kitchen /Dining room: With double electric oven, electric hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, washer dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso (with pod), tea and coffee. Doggie cupboard, towels, bowls, poo bags

Living room: With open fire, 32" Freeview smart TV, Netflix, Amazon and Disney plus. A Bluetooth smart speaker is supplied for linking to own music. Games /cards in cupboard. Bathroom: With double width shower, heated radiator, toilet and sink. Cupboard with iron, ironing board, hair dryer and additional household supplies

Bedroom 1: With king size bed. Bed is hotel standard 5000 pocket sprung mattress. Large storage chest of drawers, dressing table, mirrors bedside lights. Hanging rail blackout blinds and curtains. Bedroom 2: With double bed. Storage heating, electric heating, luxury bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs / briquettes supplied for open fire further supplies available in village shop. Out and about Travel guides to Cornwall for use of guests. Picnic/ dining out kit provided. Afternoon tea kit provided. Patios: upper deck: Fire pit, BBQ (briquette) dining table, Lower deck: bistro table for morning coffee and Safety fencing for bouncy pooches. Welcome pack included. Strictly No smoking on premises. Ash tray is provided outside for smokers. Well behaved dogs and well behaved owners are always welcome. Covers are provided for the sofas but we would prefer if the dog are kept off the beds and sofas.
