🚨 URGENT NOTICE – POWER OUTAGE 🚨

To all guests currently staying with us, and those due to arrive today, Saturday 5th September:

Unfortunately, National Grid have switched off the electricity supply to the whole park following a fire affecting the local electricity network.

This situation is completely beyond our control, and unfortunately there is nothing our team on park can do to restore the power ourselves.

National Grid have advised us that the electricity may remain off until approximately 7:00pm today. We will, of course, keep guests updated if we receive any further information.

During the outage, we strongly recommend that you keep fridge and freezer doors closed as much as possible to help keep food cold.

We completely understand that this is frustrating and inconvenient, particularly for guests arriving today. We kindly ask that you please remain patient and respectful towards our team, who are doing everything they can to support guests while we wait for National Grid to restore the supply.

We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your understanding and patience.
