There are SO many reasons why cruising just works for us 🚢🤍
For starters… sailing from Southampton means no flights, no airports, no baggage carousels and none of the usual airport rigmarole. 🙌
We arrive, hand over the cases, step onboard and that’s it — the holiday has started. 🥂
For a family travelling with additional needs, that simplicity makes such a difference. Accessibility is obviously hugely important to us, and having step-free access, lifts, accessible cabins and facilities means we can actually relax and enjoy the holiday together rather than constantly thinking about the logistics.
Then there’s everything else we love…
Kids clubs. Pools. Shows. Amazing food. Entertainment. Quiet afternoons doing absolutely nothing. Getting dressed up. Meeting people. Exploring somewhere completely new in the morning… then coming back to the same familiar ship at the end of the day. ❤️
Unpack once. Wake up somewhere new. Repeat. 🌍🚢
Cruising gives every one of us something we love, while still giving us proper time together as a family.
And that’s probably the biggest reason we love it.
It feels easy. It feels inclusive. And it gives us the chance to see the world together. 🤍
