Broadland Sands Holiday Park, Suffolk

Our lovely caravan has homely touches, free WiFi and usb sockets for your convenience is located on a fantastic site in Suffolk. Broadland sands is a brilliant family park with some great amenities.

We have a 3 bed, 8 berth caravan with double glazing, electric fan heaters and a gas fire in the living room with free WiFi.

Entry into the hallway leads to an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The kitchen has a full sized oven/hob, microwave and fridge. also kettle, toaster and dolce gusto coffee machine and all crockery etc you should require
Living room with Smart TV, Freeview, gas fire, double sofa bed and the dining area. All rooms have Usb sockets for your convenience

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed, hair drier, wardrobe bedside tables linen basket and touch lights.
Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and TV with now tv
Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds , bed guard, bedside table, TV with Amazon fire

Family shower room with wash basin.
Separate toilet with wash basin.

• Parking - Next to the caravan, or in the main car park 1 minute walk away
• Pets - Yes,
• Utilities - Mains water, electric and gas bottles
• Heating - Gas fire & electric fan heater in bedrooms
• Bedding - Bed linen is provided however Please remember to bring your own towels.

Important Booking Information:
• Restrictions will apply on bookings from all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people if not immediate family or couples, please contact us prior to booking.
• The lead guest who books needs to be the age of 21 years at the time of booking, there must be one person staying in the accommodation over the age of 21 years.

A £100 refundable deposit is required upon booking for 7 days or more £50 for 1 to 6 days ( this is not part of the actual booking cost ) and will be refunded after your departure upon checking/cleaning of the caravan. This will also be refunded if you cancel before 28 days of your booking.
