Capture this view on our Shropshire Castles Cycle tour. This is part of an offroad (but tarmaced section ) of our cycle route towards Ludlow from Bromfield and he Ludlow Farm shop. Great photo Shropshire and Beyond !

My favourite spot for photographing Ludlow Castle is from Whitcliffe Common, but I found a new contender last summer. As I walked along Halton Lane I just knew it would be perfect in spring, with clouds of cow parsley filling the verges. So yesterday evening I headed out to see if my vision would come to life – and it absolutely did.

Cycling holiday makers on our Black and White villages cycle tour met a real mixture of old and new this week. Filming was underway for Maggie O'Farrells great book , starring Jessie Buckley. Weobley has been transformed into Shakespeare's Stratford on Avon for a few days. Lots of dirt and the Black and White buildings became mostly brown (It was the Victorians who painted the half timbered houses black and white)
