One of our client from Cyprus, citizen of Philippines arrived in the uk as a fiancé of a British person. Now we submitted her spouse visa status following her Indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Outcome will hopefully receive in mid December 2023.

People who have travelled from or passed through a country on the list where travel to the UK is banned (the ‘red list’) in the last 10 days before arrival. Here are the red list countries. Please check before you plan to travel.

If you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK, you will be able to enter. You must quarantine in a government approved hotel for 10 days.

The current red list countries are----

There is an update of UK immigration who are traveling from outside the Common Travel Area (Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man).
From 15 February onward, everyone allowed to enter England must:

-Quarantine for 10 days
-Take a coronavirus (COVID-19) test on day 2 and day 8 of
-Quarantining unless your job permits exemption
-Follow the national lock down rules.-
