๐ Behind every PE lesson, after-school club, holiday camp and new project is a dedicated management team working hard to ensure we continue to provide the very best experiences for children, schools and staff.
โญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง โ Director๏ฟฝSupporting the day-to-day running of Think Sport, Glen is also leading the introduction of ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฆ:๐๐ into schools ahead of the 2026/27 academic year. Alongside this, you'll regularly find him delivering sessions and working directly with participants.
โฝ ๐๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ โ Director๏ฟฝLewis oversees company operations, ensuring rotas, staffing and provision run smoothly across all sites. Despite managing the bigger picture, he still coaches in 5-10 schools every week and remains heavily involved in delivery.
๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ฒ โ Coach Development Manager๏ฟฝJonny's focus is helping our staff become the best coaches they can be. He leads CPD training, carries out observations, supports staff development and works closely with schools to monitor progress and standards.
๐ฆ ๐๐๐ โ Operations Manager๏ฟฝFrom staff handovers and equipment orders to ensuring every venue is prepared, Lee helps create the best possible environment for both our coaches and participants to thrive.
๐ป ๐๐จ๐ฆ โ Bookings Manager๏ฟฝTom manages our online bookings, website updates and customer information. He also supports our marketing and communications, helping families and schools stay informed about everything happening at Think Sport.
