This property is really popular as it is modern , literally only a few minutes walk to Charmouth Beach and it has an enclosed garden so dogs and children can be safe.
It has a lovely outside eating area and the property is completely self contained and private.
You can park up once here and not worry about driving again as you are close by the beach , shops and two fab pubs!
As you walk into the lovely garden you will go up some steps which takes you to the first floor of this property where you have a utility room with a washing machine & dryer and then you go through the second door which takes you into a large open plan living room & kitchen which is fully functional including dishwasher , huge fridge freezer , oven and plenty of crockery. You then have a large comfy sofa and armchair and when you look out of the window you will get the first glimpse of the sea and breathtaking views across Golden Cap.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second larger room has a king-size bed and a single so it is perfect for families. 
Everything has been done to a high standard and it has all the mod cons a property needs to make it comfortable and convenient. 
Whilst in sunny Charmouth make sure you keep your eye out for fossils or why not go to the Heritage Centre and book a fossil hunting tour which is a great activity for adults and children

Completely refurbished with flagstone flooring throughout, galley kitchen, huge bed , comfy sofa and large doors that open up so you can sit outside and relax, enjoy a glass of wine or have your evening meal whilst enjoying the peace and tranquillity of this fab property.
Remember you can also have use of a BBQ and your very own croquet lawn !
