Here's a bit about Roaming Spirit Yoga Retreats
I’ve been running retreats since 2013 these were previously in France at my own property and in the UK at various locations. After a few changes to my personal circumstances which felt like a new beginning I decided to also give the company a fresh look. So Tranquillite Retreats become Roaming Spirit Retreats with a focus on Yoga, Nature and Communi
ty. I’ve always loved bringing people together on retreat it offers an opportunity for everyone to relax and focus on themselves for a few days. Yoga really is self-care, a chance to check in and notice how you are doing. Being on retreat means you have the time and space to catch up with yourself, this could be having a chance to rest and reflect, the time to do something you love or discovering a new pursuit. To create yoga retreat experiences that are fun, nurturing, inclusive and collective helping to improve your well-being and connect to a deeper sense of self. I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2011 and practicing since 1996. My own experience with Yoga has been a very positive one and it’s left me quite enthusiastic about spreading the word and passing on what I’ve discovered to others. My other pursuit is to be outside in nature, I love walking, foraging, climbing and paddle boarding. I think growing up on a farm probably had an effect on me as I find being outdoors very healing. Although I’m happy to do all of this alone there is something very special about sharing this with a group as I feel it connects us to each other and more importantly back to the earth. I hope to bring all of this (and me) to the retreats so you can encounter the benefits of yoga, nature and community collectively.
